3、 Distributor allocation restrictions

1. Huixin brand's transmission products such as reducers are generally limited to one distributor in various municipalities, provincial capital cities, and regional level cities, depending on regional environmental and historical factors.

2. Each distributor is not allowed to conduct online sales business simultaneously.

4、 Sales method

In the form of a contract agreement, please refer to the "Dealer Agreement" for details.

5、 Settlement method

1. Payment before shipment;

2. Has special qualifications and can settle on a monthly basis;

3. Competitive bidding or special large orders, certified by the company, will be given certain support;

4. The freight cost of the goods shall be borne by the head office.

6、 Termination of distributor qualification

If the distributor violates the provisions of the Dealer Agreement, we have the right to cancel the distributor's qualification and stop supplying the distributor at the agreed price.
